What's the minimum commitment?
Pilots: 90 days. Full partnerships: 12 months (annual contract, cancel at renewal). No multi-year lock-in—ever.
Can we start with Platform Access and add Certifications later?
Yes—components are fully modular. Start with what you need today and add more as you scale. No penalty for phasing your adoption.
What if our usage exceeds our tier?
Soft limits only—no hard blocks. If you deploy beyond your tier (e.g., 12 clients on a 10-client plan), we'll discuss upgrading at renewal or apply a per-deployment overage rate.
What if it doesn't work for us?
